HELP!!! INTERNET STREAMING SIMLTANEOUSLY W/ PROVIDING REALTIME

Monday (3/16) I am going to cover my first internet streaming job. I have done realtime for attorneys many times. On this job they would like internet streaming simultaneously w/ realtime for the attorneys who are actually in the room. We can get the internet streaming to work but can't seem to get the realtime to work so far. Any tips, thoughts, ideas?

Okay, not to be dense, but the realtime to the attorneys comes from the computer I am writing to as always and that second computer would have the livenoteSR and be streaming to the internet, right? We have been trying to do this all with one computer and it is very difficult. What you are telling me is what I thought needed to be done in the first place. Have you actually done it?

Your machine to your laptop, then your laptop to the server laptop (with the live note SR) and to the other attorneys.
its a normal realtime session, nothing is different.. the only difference is one of the laptops you are going to connect to has a server version called livenoteSR.

How do you get the information from your writer to both computers? Do you write as normal to the computer you always write to and that's coming up in Case Catalyst and then the other computer would be coming up in livenote and going to their server?

you want to do the following?
1- Provide real time to attorneys in the room.
2- provide the same realtime to attorneys somewhere else via internet stream?

if so you have to do the following,
1- get an extra laptop and install the livenote server, you can download it from livenote.com (not sure how much it costs)
2- you have to set up a server by calling livenote, they will then create a session and give you a username and password for you to use and to give to the attorneys that want to log in via other locations.

its actually very easy, it sounds complicated if you haven't done it before.

I hope I actually answered your questions as I didnt really understand it.
