My Favorite Holiday Gift Was...

...a magnetic peace sign given to me by my daughter. I've been seeing other vehicles with these magnetic peace signs on them, but I did not know where to get one. The ones I had seen were solid pastel colors.

My daughter knew I wanted one, and she found out where to buy them: Vermont Peace Works

She got me the tie-dyed one which looks really cool on my black stationwagon.

Here's a picture of them. They seem to be popular here on the East Coast. What can I say?! I'm a Woodstock alumni myself, and so the tie-dyed one is dreamy! :-)

She gave me some other gifts too, but this peace sign magnet is my favorite.

I think my favorite gifts this year were a pink Mad Bomber hat with a pink coat to match. My mom and dad got me that, among other things.

My husband and I are going skiing for a week in Jackson Hole in about 10 days. That's our Christmas and anniversary gifts to each other. Our anniversary is January 1, New Year's Day.
