You are right Rhoda,

but if 2 reporters say "john smith" committed a lewd act then why not at least give the next reporter a heads up?
Not sure about any legalities though.
and there is always his side of the story.

Still, w/out the zipper, it is still lewd conduct....wouldn't a school teacher be in trouble?? I might also allow the folks to 'address' it before you would post a name too, Monti. Wouldn't that hurt their case if we all talked about it??

Lindsay, the way you have explained it cleared it up for me.
stupid me was thinking he unzipped his pants.. etc
I hope to god he is not a member of csrnation.

this creep must be squashed like a bug, if this whole this was clearer I would have posted his name for all to see.
we know very little about this whole thing.

Someone mentioned this person to me a few weeks ago - his name sounded vaguely familiar. Later it came to me - I was a victim about a year ago and didn't even realize it at the time. He was sitting in the corner sort of to my side and behind me, and out of the corner of my eye I realized his hand was in a place where it shouldn't be. I just turned my chair slightly so I couldn't see him and wrote him off as an uncouth person. I've seen much worse things when my 22-year-old Asperger's son is lying on the couch watching TV. But I understand how this could be upsetting for a person of more tender sensibilities. He definitely needs to be called on this, and now I wish I had. I'm sure the reason he's gotten away with it this long is because reporters are (a) too shocked (b) not sure what they saw (c) too busy getting out the transcripts!

YEah, i used to watch "to catch a predator" on CNBC every week.. that show was great because you get to see these creepy pedophiles begging, crying and making up all these crazy excuses to why they showed up to house with alchohole, drugs, condoms.. etc to meet a minor.
Anyway, all the people they would catch were normal people... librarians, teachers, army personal.. etc
One time they caught a Nickelodeon employee!!!!

Just freaky the freaky folks out there...we had a commissioner get nailed for trying to hire children to 'train' in sex. He was SO nice/professional/etc....I NEVER would have thought it of him!!! I would have loved him as a neighbor! We just cannot 'assume' anything from anyone...even video people?? Just nasty....
