I'm so glad to hear that you are still involved
in court reporting!!
I occasionally teach the court procedures
class at South Coast College. They moved

It's Kristie. I don't know if you remember Michele Ortiz, but she contacted me this week. Her and Donnell had remained friends, and Michele just found out about Donnell's passing last week. So she started a memorial website. I just thought you might like to see the site, and maybe pass it on to the other teachers or students who you know might want to see it. http://donnell-wood.memory-of.com/About.aspx have a good day!
Thanks for the compliments on my "kids." Yes, we've seen the Boxer on that show -- he is stunning! They're just big overgrown clowns, really! We just fostered a puppy for a few days -- that was fun (lots of work, but fun). He's off to his new home here in San Diego, and my "M&Ms" are back to thinking it's not the end of the world afterall! (LOL) I love the name Maggie -- she was named that, however, by the rescue center, so I can't claim any credit on that one. I call her "mag-da-lama-ding-dong," truth be told! ;-)
Maggie - I didn't read your first note before sending you one. Sorry about that. I didn't realize you were no longer with Stenograph. Do you know any Eclipse reporters in the Riverside, CA area who can handle realtime and possible Internet realtime?
Hello, Maggie - Wow! 30 years since MSB. Seems like another lifetime. I have been in New Orleans since '78 and have owned my own firm since 1990. Hope everything is fine with you. Seven children later, my hair is getting pretty gray. We have been keeping Jennifer Clark busy. Why don't you make a trip with her to New Orleans next time she comes down here.
Awesome, I am glad to hear that everything is going well. I am working with Jonnell Agnew in Pasadena and Sound in Long Beach. I prefer Sound. They pay well and they have good jobs. Renee Pacheco is hooking me up with some of the agencies she works with. I am looking for long, challenging jobs. Workmens comp is so boring, not my thing.
When you say you have forms that you downloaded, what kind of forms?
How are you? Where are you working now? We were playing Bunco on Monday, Sonia Hauck, Yvonne Soto, Tanya Franklin and I, and we were wondering where you are now. We hope everything is going well for you. I am hooking up with a couple of agencies, trying to find where I belong. But I do love court reporting. Thanks for always supporting me.
Have a great day,
Wow! What a "blast from the past"!! Hi to you, too!
Yep, I'm doing fine, working too hard and yearning for the day my mortgage is paid off and I can stop taking on as much work as comes my way. I'll probably see you at Anaheim at NCRA convention, I'm sure. Thanks for the greeting! ~Warren
Hi Maggie. Do you remember me? Used to be Mary Motley? I got married a little over 2 1/2 years ago and live in Coto. Do you still live in Rancho? If so, I'd love to see you sometime, you and Jennifer. We could meet over at Opah or El Torito Grill!! Delete Comment
