I just walked for three and a half hours, proofed 230 pages and burned over 600 calories.  Now if I can just keep it up.  I hope so.

I just proofed on it for the last hour and a half and it shows I burned 260 calories.  I hope that's true but not so sure.

Keep in mind, I'm not walking fast at all.  Something is better than sitting on my butt for that many hours at a time.  I just felt like it's time to make a change.  I'll keep you posted how it goes.

I'd probably trip and smash my head on the desk.  I'm impressed that you can exercise and read at the same time.  I do watch the TV at the gym when on the elliptical trainer, but for some reason I can't read.  It's probably because my closeup vision is going on me.

I do need to mention that my cat, Boo, that lays on my lap for hours and hours on end when I'm proofing at my other desk has already voiced his displeasure to this new arrangement.  LOL!
