sounds like "tannetorial" cuff somehow related to rotator cuff

Witness said he tore his "tannetorial" cuff right after discussing his rotator cuff so I got the impression it had to do with his shoulder. It sounds like "janitorial" with a "T". Not finding anything close to that. Anybody have a clue?

Bobbie: Thanks. I agree that's a good possibility. He also said "rotor" cuff instead of rotator cuff so I may go with phonetice.
