Need to find two legal terms

I need help finding two legal terms that were mentioned in a deposition I took. The first was something like "bumqoi" matters? They used it as meaning matters that go back to previous lawsuits against the defendant.

The second one sounded like "ileum theory" If you know of a good resource for me to check that would be great. Thank you for any suggestions.

BMQA, the acronym, is pronounced "bum-qua" when they try to make a word out of it. Don't know if that fits your context. But if they were referring to prior actions before the Board of Medical Quality Assurance (BMQA/"bum-qua"), maybe that's it.

The other one I would need some context.

So the sentence for the "ileum theory" was as follows:

"I think this information is not only relevant but it may tend to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence specifically with regard to the ^illum theory against the hospital and so this information is important."

Begs the question: What information were they asking for? I have a couple of thoughts, but I would need to know what they were talking about that led to the objection.

Okay. The question was, "In arriving at the stipulated settlement you admitted to repeated negligent acts in the care of the two patients who were identified in the accusation; is that right?" Then the objection came and then the atty replied with the above statement. The atty is trying to show that the defendant's negligence has happened previously. I hope this helps. I have just never heard of this term before. Thank you so much for trying to help me.

Must be a case name referring to respondeat superior. The meaning is clear, but don't have any idea what "theory" he's referring to. Good luck!
