number conversion

Hello, I'm on Case ver 9. and I was wondering if anyone could help me fig. out why my numbers don't translate. like if someone says 3:00 p.m., it just comes out 3 pm. I thought It was supposed to do it automatically. and my dates come out 2 thousand 9 instead of 2009.. any tips??? THANKS

Hi Michelle.

If you want your numbers to translate as 3:00 p.m. go into your numbercoversion file located in the System Files case of CC and located the keyword A.M. If you want the time to appear as above selection the option which is on the right-hand side of the dialog box to be -- and I don't have Case CAT open in front of me -- set to no options.

In terms of writing years you can write 2009 as 2OU9
