Strange city in Thailand

Had a witness say just once this city in Thailand.  He has no idea how to spell it, but repeated it slowly the second time for the record.  I've looked all through cities in Thailand online.

Here's how it sounds phonetically.  Any ideas how to find it?  I hate to put it phonetically.
