I wonder if they will pay it in view of bankruptcy.
Boy, Gallo is having a hell of a time lately.  Just can't seem to stay out of trouble.  Can't say I really feel sorry for them, however.

It is absolutely amazing what these companies get away with. They probably won't pay it in view of the bankruptcy, but even if they did pay it, $3,000 is nothing to them with all the $$$ they make. This whole bankruptcy thing is just a way for them to get out of debt and continue dragging our profession down. Ugh!!!
I just don't see how they will be able to find court reporters to work for them.  I sure wouldn't knowing they have money troubles.
because they call you and tell you they have "Direct Deposit" back....wow, I'm running out the door for you right now...lol
