Exporting Case Catalyst files into Eclipse for scoping, and then back into CC....is it possible?

Excuse my ignorance (lol) but I really have no clue on how to do something like this, or if it's even possible. I'm in need of getting some scoping done and I have a friend who will be taking the next upcoming CSR exam in CA. She has Eclipse, I have Case Catalyst. Is there any way to export my file with audio and have her scope it for me, then import it back in to my system? I'm not sure if this can be done or if it will work out, what possible obstacles I might face in doing it, if any. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Oh, Ann. They say it's possible with RTF but as a voice of experience let me assure you it's fraught with problems and you proceed at your own risk.

I agree with Mary Ann.  I've tried it and there's horrible formatting issues.  You'll spend more time fixing the formatting issues than you would spend just scoping the job yourself.
