I KEEP GOING OVER MY AUDIO TO FINDOUT WHAT THE WORD THAT WAS USED IS, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE "INFRACTION, REACTION, OR FRACTION." IT SOUNDS LIKE IT ENDS W/ "TION, BUT I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT.

Q. They're not proper objections so I will make sure I make a better note in the system so that (Fraction/Infraction/reaction?) can understand that better.

Realize I'm quite a bit late with this suggestion, but possibly "rationale"?  Just an afterthought.

The words, "... perhaps she can," if said quickly sound a little bit like, "fraction."

Did you go to the court website and find out the name of the judge assigned to the case?  If his name sounds like "Fraction" then ---.

Well, if I'm on a job and I don't hear something, I don't rely on my audio and I speak up and ask the attorney to repeat what he said.   You'll have to at least fill it in with something that remotely makes sense. 

Was there, by any chance, a videographer on this job?  Maybe his audio is better than yours and it would be clearer.   They always make mp3 backup files for the reporters.  I'm sure you could get ahold of those. 

If it wasn't videotaped, I'd put something like:

MR. SMITH:  They're not proper objections.  So I will make sure I make a better note in the system so that it's understood better.

What's the witness' name?  Does it sound like the words above?  Sure wish you could attach the audio for us to listen to.

MS. DOE:  Just in response to that, I will also make the court aware of what you're trying to do to my client in terms of tricking her with your questions and stating all these things that assumes facts that she hasn't testified to.  And I think that's what's causing the delay.  If you want to complete the deposition within the three days that we've agreed to, then you need to ask better questions or we can maybe agree to getting an interpreter for her to speed things along, but other than that, we're not going to agree to anything. 

MS. SMITH:  Again, your objections have been noticed earlier in the record are highly inappropriate.  They're not proper objections so I will make sure I make a better note in the system so that can understand that better.

MS. DOE:  You can go ahead, but I'm entitled to the objections that I make so　--

Doesn't sound like it would be any of those words.  Can you post more of the context of what they're talking about?  Reading it, I would think it's a person can understand that better.
