Now I'm trying to get my zip files back from the scopist from Dropbox and I haven't a clue what I'm doing. They don't seem to have much in the way of customer help.  Any ideas?

Why don't you just have her email you the files directly?  She's not sending the audio and that's why you need Dropbox anyway is for the large audio files.  Just have her email you your transcript through your regular email.  That's what all my scopists do when they email me back the job.  You don't need Dropbox for that.
