Traffic Watch 2009

Gotta love SoCal traffic. But it's the holidays and relief is in sight. I figure as we approach the holidays, the traffic will get lighter and lighter, God willing.

Anyway, I drove from Irvine to downtown L.A. in a little over an hour. Not that bad. The 5 still has a lot of construction going on, but it was moving.

Nighttime still bad. I'll let you know tonight how my commute home goes.

Traffic update. The nighttime traffic is still as bad as every. Didn't get home until 7:15 last night. Of course, we got done at around 5ish. Had to pack up and wait to get validated. At least an hour.

12/9/08 Another trip up the 5 today. We'll see how traffic is. Hope springs eternal that it will be lighter.

Traffic would have been good today except for all the darn accidents. There at least three or four. And I came home at around 3 p.m. this afternoon, and traffic was still slow. No holiday lightening of the traffic yet.

Fabulour drive into LA this morning.

Not so good tonight. Accident at Red Hill in Tustin. Close down lanes. It extended my drive by about 40 minutes. Insane!!!
