Audio Playback with multiple programs

I've finally figured out how to copy over my audio from Case to Express Scribe, and now I have the best of both worlds.  I can use my foot pedal with ES to scope with, and when I need to spot check certain areas, I just play back the sound in Case.

I got really used to using the foot pedal with medical transcription, and I was disappointed that it wouldn't work with CC.  But where there's a will, there's a way, right?

Anyone else have any tips and tricks on audio playback?
