In response to your question, some county and/or state courts refer to their courts as "district courts" as well. Usually you can tell the difference between state/county and federal court because federal court is usually referenced with "United States" in the front of "district court," i.e. United States District Court.
I'm sorry -- I didn't get a notice on my e-mail that there was a comment on my page. I just saw this today. My rates for scoping are 1.25 per page, but that includes full audio and second proofread.
