Case Catalyst version 10 freezing.

Is anybody out there having problems with their Case Version 10 or 10.3 freezing a lot!? Now I can't even get it opened and my PC is saying that there was a malfunction with my usb device!!!!!!
I am so frustrated. I am pretty sure it isn't my PC because nothing else seems to be running slow or freezing.
Is anybody out there having any problems with this as well?

BLUE SCREEN ISSUES

Regarding the "blue screen" my Toshiba Tecra had that problem back in February. It was five years old so I bought a new computer. I have been meaning to get the Tecra fixed to have as a back-up and I just took it in this past Friday. I got a call from the computer guy and he said it looks like it's a software problem and we will need to take all the data off the computer and reload Windows XP. I don't know if that helps anybody w/ blue screen issues but that is what I know so far.

Just to let you guys know, I spoke with support today. It appears that my "Key" has gone bad. They gave me temp access with out the key for 10 days and it is now running amazing.

Most recent update about "blue screen". I heard back from my computer guy. The hard drive had some corruption on it so we are replacing. He was able to download all the data onto an external drive.
He ran stress tests. I'm excited to have the computer back. It had the best audio quality of any computer I've ever had.
