Saturday and after hours rates

Do you charge more appearance fee for Saturdays and Sundays?  Also, do you charge extra for after hours, evening, starting when?  After 5:00, 5:30, 6:00?

I do get extra and expect extra (perdiem) for taking a job on Saturday or Sunday.  For after hours, after 6:00 p.m. the hourly rate kicks in.

Yes.  A workday is 9 to 5.  After Hours is After 5:00 p.m.
