This group is for Version 5 users to share what aspects of Version 5 they are using and why.....as well as requests for help as problems arise using Version 5.

I just downloaded Version 5 (a year after it came out), and I feel like I'm learning Eclipse all over again.

Would greatly appreciate input from other Version 5 users.

I really hope this group will be helpful to people.

Version 5 is not just another update (like the others have been for so long). I think time will show that it is worth it. Quite frankly, everything Advantage Software has come up with has been worth it. I suspect, also, that it will turn out to be the kind of bend in the road that, if you don't update, you will be left behind as other important changes will be based on this one. That's my guess on the topic, anyway.

There is a lot of detail with this update that just hasn't existed in previous updates.

And, Rich, I hope it's smooth sailing for you!
