1- open it in Microsoft picture viewer(default) she simple open it by clicking on it.
2- click on the "rotate" button on the bottom.
3- then save (go to file on top, click save"

then upload it on csrnation.

Try going into the original source and turning your photo by right clicking, them re-importing it into the site. Not really sure if this will work. I'm guessing!
