Recommended Agencies

Similar to the Recommended Scopists and Proofreaders discussion, I thought it would be great to have a place to post agencies we really enjoy working with. So please post your favorite agencies below. and they should be agencies you've worked for at least several times, not just an agency you'ved worked for once or twice.

Please keep your comments simple and to the point. Any random or negative posts will be deleted by Monti, the site administrator. If you disagree with a posting, please contact the person directly rather than post anything negative here.

Please list: (1) the name of the agency you're recommending, (2) the city and state they're located in, and (3) why (good page rates, quick pay, good quality work, easy to work with).

Monti will do a thumbs-up system similar to the Scopists/Proofreaders. The more an agency is recommended, the more thumbs up they will get.

I'd like to recommend:
Instant Court Reporting; Sierra Madre, CA; because Nancy Sanders (owner) is one of THE easiest people to work with, she pays well, pays quickly, and has nice clients.
Carroll Sells Court Reporting; Los Alamitos, CA; because Cynthia Sells (owner) is a fantastic person, honest, ethical, has great work and great rates.

I recommend Sarnoff court reporters, extremely professional, pay on time and have really good work.
I recommend Golden State Reporting, I have NEVER been paid as fast as they pay (3 days) keep in mind that I am a videographer.. not sure how they pay the reporters.
I also recommend Network Deposition services, Professional and good jobs. also, the guys that run it, nick and grant are very nice to talk to and deal with.

I'd like to recommend Amicus Court Reporters in Chicago, Illinois. I've worked there for 3 years now and worked there at a prior incarnation for 2 years (I took some time off in between). They are by far the best place I've been at in 24 years. Great owners, great scheduler, production & office manager and all of our reporters are highly experienced and we always bend over backwards for our clients.
