I thought it might be helpful to just upload the manual. Please check out Chapter 5, key settings. It explains how to adjust your machine and in what order. I hope this helps someone, anyone. The frustrating thing about this machine is that there are 3 sections of the machine to adjust, they need to be done in a specific order, and it needs a little tune-up after use and being jostled around during the drive and whatever else we're rolling our carts on to get to the depo site.

I almost forgot: This manual is from 1/08. I had a really outdated one. This has much more info and it discusses stacking, which can be found w/a quick search.
