So this attorney keeps popping in with questions during the other attorney's exam. Do you set that up as byline speaker w/Q & A or do you leave him in colloquy?

He's driving me nuts.

In most cases, probably this one, I would leave him in colloquy.

You won't see your revenge, but you'll have it when he looks at the transcript >wg<.

It's not his exam. All it is is interrupting questions.

Definitely keep as colloquy. And get a page or two more as a result.
