This thought came up as an offshoot of something Peter said in response to one of my posts re: realtime freezing in Eclipse.
He mentioned that I should keep a list of the tech support that I speak to regarding this issue and try to keep track of the ones that I think helped me out the most.
On that note, we all know that all tech support is not created equal. That some of them have been there longer or have more "knowledge."
