Be careful about installing Service Pack 3 from Microsoft. I had my computer on automatic updating and it installed it. Big-time problems during realtime. Anyone else having problems with realtime and 9.0 and updates?
I get an exception error right when I enter Catalyst, although you can move
that screen and it will still write. Just have to be careful not to close it.

I've updated my computer and have not had that particular problem with CC9. In the past when I've seen this problem, the users have been instructed to uninstall and then reinstall CC....of course backing up important files first just to be sure. When you uninstall CC, it usually does not delete your dictionary and data files, just the program files, and then they reappear after the reinstall. Sometimes the updates change a file that yourr CC9 needs to access and can cause an exception error. It's worth a try, and is simple to do...maybe a two-min. fix. BUT back up those files first as an FYB. As a precaution to have, so to speak, a clean slate to do the reinstall, I have always in the past rebooted my computer after the uninstall of CC, but before the reinstall of CC9.
