CPA/Accountant referral in Northern CA (SF Bay Area)

I've seen a lot of threads with recommendations for Southern CA CPAs.  Does anyone have a REALLY GOOD CPA in No. Ca. they'd recommend familar with court reporters?  I've used a tax preparer my whole career, but I think I'm getting to the point where I need serious professional advice (pros/cons on incorporating, legal tax shelters, etc.).  Thanks in advance!
