What is the proper way to handle registered trademark names?

What do you do when you have a name that is a registered trademark come up in a deposition?

I have the following

Corning® Gorilla® Glass

coming up in my depo.  Do I put the registered trademark symbol or just capitalize?  What is the rule?

Thank you!

I don't bother with the "R" whatever.  Just capitalize it; i.e., Corning, Gorilla, Glass, etc.   I think that's way beyond what we need to do and not necessary.  Attorneys don't care about that detail.  Just my two cents and then some.   At least I don't do that and never will.

Thank you, Kelli.  I could not remember what to do -- if I ever learned what to do.  That was my inclination.  I just wanted a second opinion.

Time to go play with Buddy for a bit.
