Is Moon a feral kitty?  Maybe someone wasn't nice to her at one point in her life and she has trust issues. 

 

I took in a cat that just plopped himself on my doorstep about 7 years ago.  Wonderful cat.  His name was Mooch because he would mooch for food all over the neighborhood so everyone called him that.  I lost him about two years ago.  He is still very near and dear to my heart.

Mom's cats Moon and her mother, Mama Kitty, in 2008.  Moon loves to be outside and is still afraid of us.  We have to slowly move towards her to pet her, or she will freak out when she sees us and will run out the cat door!  This hurts our feelings!

Of course, you knew she was outside on this beautiful day!  I looked for her, but she's off doing her thing.  When I find her, I'll tell her Jenny misses her squeaky toy!

It really is hard to believe he was that small - dinner plate size!

That's a great one of you coaxing Twinkie!  You can see she's more interested in you than the food!
