Well, right now I'm at my local Chick-fil-A. They have one of those playground things like at McD. But unlike McD, my local Chick-fil-A has free wifi. So I can take my laptop. I can keep an eye on my daughter while she's playing in the playground area and do a little bit of work. Whoo-hoo.

The children's meal may not be any better for them nutritionally, but the toy is usually a book, which is great for her literacy. They're pretty cute little books and much better than some of the plasticky toys you get at some of those fast food places.

Great for rainy days when the local playground is just too wet.

Barnes and Nobles is a good choice too. They have wifi and there's a Thomas the Tank set up in the children's area (at my local B&N, anyway) that they love!! They can spend a good two hours there playing. Other than that, most of my work is done after the kiddies go to bed or early morning before they wake up :(.
Kyung - my daughter is a certified mother's helper...she can babysit with an adult present...She's 11 and in 6th grade and has three younger siblings at her dad's house, 2 y.o. to 7 y.o., so she's good with young ones.
