could it be :TIMI stands for 'Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction' Trial and is the name of a study group coordinating several trials, particularly focusing on percutaneous coronary intervention, thrombolysis as well as cardiovascular disease in general.

By George, I think you've got it!!!

Thanks!!!
I Googled timi rules. Came back with TIMI rules, which apparently is some sort of calculation for likelihood of coronary artery disease based on risk factors. Does that sound like it could be what you're looking for?
YES, THAT'S IT!!! THANKS!!!
The only thing I could find was this, under "ischemia": http://www.newsrx.com/newsletters/Health-Business-Week/2008-04-18.html

I wish I could find the right word for you, for a change. You're always helping me out. I don't know if this is it, but it is one TIMI.
