I think she left out "or."
Lynn - How do you do a "full audio, without audio"?
Eclipse RPR now working from home and scoping. 25 years' experience, mostly civil, including trials, and some criminal and federal work. Full audio, without audio. firstname.lastname@example.org
I am a scopist working in Case CATalyst. I am looking for a CR to work with on a full_time basis. Overflow work welcomed! email@example.com. I have 10 years experience.
I am looking to scope on a full-time basis. I've had reporters retire or some have had their work come to a crawl, so I am looking for Eclipse reporters, version V4 through 7. I just haven't downloaded the latest yet. I do have current tech support. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I do listen to full audio.
Scopist & Proofreader - Case CATalyst. As a graduate of BeST Scoping Techniques, I also have a degree in court reporting and worked as a legal assistant for 15 years. Every word of your transcript will be read with full, partial, or no audio (whichever you prefer) and I’ll provide particular attention to formatting and spelling while applying punctuation and grammar rules according to Morson’s. I read notes, perform Internet research for names and spellings and will send you globals. For rates or additional questions, please contact me at JanetK14075@outlook.com.
I need a CaseCatalyst scopist with at least 10 years experience to scope 260 pages by Wednesday morning. Full audio. Please contact me at email@example.com

I find myself in a bind. I have been scoping for approximately 15 years. Before becoming a scopist, I was a deposition reporter and did freelance paralegal work. I did both paralegal work and scoping at the same time but finally decided I needed to let go of one of those branches. I chose scoping. I like doing it, it gives me more flexibility and if I may say so without tooting my own horn, I am good at scoping. But here is my bind: Two of my scopists for whom I've scoped since pretty much the beginning of my scoping days have decided to retire. I hate that. I don't blame them, but I hate it. I also have another reporter who has to have hand surgery and is going to seek other employment after the surgery. So BANG, I'm down to my part-time reporters. The three reporters that are leaving the business have kept me quite busy. I am on Eclipse and have versions 4 through 8. I take my job seriously. I know it's not my name that is being signed to the transcript, but I feel like it is and I don't want my reporters called on the carpet. I always do full audio scoping. I don't hold myself out to be a proofreader, but I do pre-proof my jobs with the audio before sending them back to my reporters. I take deadlines seriously. If I can't promise you that you'll have your job back when you need it, I will be truthful with you and just tell you that I can't. I won't take the job hoping I can get it completed in time. Also, the only time I charge expedited fees is when the reporter has asked me to do an expedite. If I happen to get a job completed in two days, I send it without attaching non-requested expedite fees. If anyone is looking for a scopist they can work with without drama, let me know. Reporters are so busy, I feel it's my job to take some of the burden off their shoulders and let them have some down time!
I am looking for a couple of busy Eclipse reporters needing a proofreader or scopist. I have been a scopist and proofreader since 2008. I always try to return the transcript sooner than requested at no extra charge and I have never missed a turnaround deadline. I was a medical transcriptionist for four years prior to becoming a scopist. I have extensive experience doing depositions, court trials. I have done a great deal of high-level, confidential government work as well as proofreading and scoping the SCOTUS oral arguments. If you think we may be a fit, the best way to contact me is via email at email@example.com.
