Cathy, if you join a group, which I see you have, your email is automatically saved and when a message goes out, an email blast will go out to you too.  If you're not getting messages, go to the top right corner of your page and hit "settings" and then go to "email" and make sure the appropriate boxes are checked.  Make sure "messages from groups" is checked.  Also check your spam folder to see if they're going there.  That happens sometimes.
