The activity feed is to your right and there is a box that says "What is going on?"  Post that you're a proofer looking for work and your email address.  It will be on the first page.  I personally look in the classifieds for proofers when I need help.  It's up to you, though.  Do both.

I sent you an email a couple of days ago when you asked where you could advertise yourself, and I told you exactly where you could post about yourself. Please go back and read what I sent you.  No blog posts, no adding discussions.  I've deleted hundreds of posts of people wanting to advertise themselves on the front page.  It would be pretty boring if that's all there was there, don't you think?
