Plus, I still moderate the Yahoo email group. We will have to try and figure out a date. There is a grad working in Buff, I will have to try and dig out an old email and send you her name.

It would be great if you could write on their machine, using their dictionary if their theory was at all close to yours. You really have to see Translation Magic, Global Magic and Auto-Brief in person to appreciate it. If you go to the Eclipse website http://www.eclipsecat.com/ - click under where it says This Changes Everything and watch the videos. They're really short, but it will show you the features that I'm always raving about. But raving in a good way - duh! My brother and sister are reporters, and we're all on Eclipse. Hi Michelle! I'm so glad you introduced yourself and it's nice to know there's someone else out there as new as me in Buffalo trying to make a go of this career. I went to school a number of years ago at Bryant & Stratton for court reporting but the timing was never right for me to get into it until now. I have pretty much reviewed my theory and worked on speedbuilding on my own over the past few years. It's taken me so long because I am working full time as a legal secretary. My last day of work is this Friday (finally) and I hope to start sitting in next week. What agency are you sitting in with or are you hired already? Let's keep in touch! Janet
