HELP WITH TECHNICAL QUESTION-Pulling my Hair Out!!!

I have tried to solve this technical error: print spooler subsystem error. This error message prevents me from printing and also prevents me from downloading new drivers. I have tried many different approaches, including cleaning my registry and scanning all my files. I called IBM and they said they do not support Microsoft!!! Any ideas as to how to fix this problem?

After spending hours and money downloading software that did not help me at all, I spoke with Sheldon and Dave. So how can I describe the experience? Within five mintues, my technical problem was solved painlessly. They are brillant, precise and totally understandable. Anyone with any computer related issue should definitely use their services as a first line of defense over the baffling computer problems which inevitably arise. Thanks so much.

thank you both. Sheldon, I will call you tomorrow. I just cannot sit in front of my computer with this issue any longer. When is a good time? BTW, it is Windows XP Professional. Thanks.

Anita, are you using XP, Vista, or other operating system? It's a known issue with XP... WE have run into this before. You can call me @ 914-325-9280 to maybe help you walk through a couple of troubleshooting things.
