I really hate expedites. I'm too old to not be sleeping at night. I always feel like I don't have enough time to get out a quality job. I'm always afraid that I will screw up when I fill in the worksheet bec. I'm so tired from staying up all night to get those next-day expedites out.

I don't mind a one-week expedite. Those are great. But it's the next-dayers that kill me.

Of course, I do like the money, but I'm at a point where I think I would rather get my sleep.

On the positive, usually a good paycheck. Also, it's always nice when you're done with the expedite. But really not my favorite way to spend time.

Also, I especially hate those last-minute expedites. You know, you took the job on Monday, and they call you Wed, surprise, we need it tomorrow. Bleh!! Uh, you know, I actually do have other transcripts. Whatev.

Thanks for caring about the quality of your worksheet Kyung! I worked in the production department of my firm for a lengthy time, so I can tell you there is nothing more satisfying than to receive a fully completed worksheet with all the necessary information.

I can't stay up late anymore, either, but I love daily copies. I send the file to my scopist during breaks, and she works as I'm working. I'd rather wake up at 5:00 in the morning to go through it than stay up until 2:00 a.m. At 2:00 a.m. the mistakes could leap off the page, and I wouldn't see them.
