Warren, congratulations on your upcoming retirement! I sure do envy you. After a terrible crash and a couple weeks of stress, and lots of money later, I fortunately am back up running. I was wondering if you could give me a quick bit of help. Last month when freelancers were covering court, I did one day. The court wants steno notes e-mailed to ACORN, which I did. I followed the Smart Cat instructions to Export Notes; made rtf file. They cannot read anything I sent; say it's empty when they open my file. I have since formatted the floppy disk, so can't send that in the mail to them.
Just wondering if you know how to include just notes, no text, in an e-mail.
Help Line will not help me anymore because I didn't renew my maintenance contract, after paying for many years!
I'm out of ways to send this file to LA Superior Court and am
