Welcome to CSR Nation
Warren, congratulations on your upcoming retirement! I sure do envy you. After a terrible crash and a couple weeks of stress, and lots of money later, I fortunately am back up running. I had a Sony Vaio for about 8 years and all of my SmartCat and jobs loaded on it. The driver and motherboard suddenly went out on me. I really didn't want to have to learn a new CAT system to finish out my last few years, but it was impossible to find anyone from Cheetah. Found a terrific I.T. guy who salvaged my laptop and got me set up on a new Lenovo. I finally tracked down Meredith from Cheetah! Those two saved me from total disaster. Between the two of them I got things straightened out, but it wasn't easy. So I had reached out to you because I don't even know anyone else on our SmartCat system and was lost. All is good now.
Thank you so much for replying. Enjoy!!!

Thank you,
Barbara

I have since formatted the floppy disk, so can't send that in the mail to them.
Just wondering if you know how to include just notes, no text, in an e-mail.
Help Line will not help me anymore because I didn't renew my maintenance contract, after paying for many years!
I'm out of ways to send this file to LA Superior Court and am
