I'm assuming this was a video only depo and no court reporter; didn't even see or hear one. That is insane.

That poor videographer -- they broke his lamp stand and they probably broke his video -- the title of the utube says it all "Ghetto deposition" --- so true. The lawyers were probably laughing at the lady that got hit with the lamp because they didn't even help her because she was flapping her mouth. lol lol

Shouldn't they have turned off the video when it stopped? Heck, they moved around to get 'closer' to the lady on the floor, did they not THINK the guy would go after them?? That seemed a tad off to keep taping, IMHO.

I would have been SO scared in there! Who knows if they had a gun, ya know?? Heck, many firms don't search for that. I will take Parole Boards any day over that, lol.
