This has happened to me twice lately. The first time the end of the bulb was out far enough from the socket I could get it out but this time it was even with the end of the socket and I did not know what to do, sooo I checked out YouTube. Once again, YouTube saved the day.

I didn't watch the video. Very first thing: Go to the circuit breaker and turn off the power. Second thing: Be SURE you are wearing rubber bottom shoes. Have no standing water around.
