Should the timecodes be set at the time that the depo is starting or at OO:OO:OO. Thanks!

remember 00:00:00 is not labeled in CC as Actual but as elapsed time.

So the timestamps in the format section must reflect the ACTUAL time that the depo begins to get the audio to sync with the transcript and the video and that 00:00:00 is the ACTUAL time which has elasped i.e. the amount of time the depo lasts? Thanks.

That's what I thought...so you need the actual time you start, not the elapsed time.

If there is a video and IF they use the TSs for sync'ing, the videographer will need your actual timestamps, or the time it starts, and not the elapsed time (which is 00:00:00).
