Welcome to CSR Nation
I was taught in reporting school (early '80s) that you used xray as a noun and x-ray as a verb. For instance, "Would you hand me the xray, please" versus "They x-rayed my leg."
Now I'm wondering about email versus e-mail. I've looked online and it can go both ways apparently. Does anyone apply the noun versus verb rule to the use of email/e-mail?
And just out of curiosity, do you all use xray/x-ray in the same manner I do?

Email. This is because that's the industry term. Also, it looks more concise to me. Not completely sure the other is wrong, though. I wouldn't squawk if an agency wanted me to write e-mail.
