When I want to hit/type 2nd in one stroke, so I hit the 2 with the number bar and PB (N) in one stroke

I get 2-7-P-B.   Should I bet getting the 7 in there even with a clean strike?

Seems when I purposely combine the number bar with any "upper bank" letters on the left or the right,

I pull in the number too.  I don't remember a steno keyboard doing this.  Seems I used to be able to write 2nd and have it come out clean in one stroke.

Can anyone try this on your writer?

Thanks!

2014  =  TWOURT

2015  =  TWEFT

2016  =  TW-X

2017  =  TW-FPB

2018  =  TWAEPB

2019  =  TW-N

2020  =  TW-NT

Hey, Kerry, these are not number bar strokes but are a system for writing years in one stroke.  I have a system using the number bar to write the years 2001 through 2009.  It can be done in one stroke.  If you want that, let me know.

Kerry, you might post this question in the brief group b/c that would send out a post to all the brief group members and you would get more people responding that way.

Thanks, Janiece.  I don't do so well with these FPB and NT endings.  A little weakness in my right hand.

But thanks!
