Hello there!
At a recent trial, after direct, cross, redirect, and recross, the judge asked the jury for written questions, and he then read those questions to the witnesses.  Does this exam have a title?  Then the attorneys for both sides would ask questions based on the jury's questions.  Would those exams be titled or should it all just be left in colloquy and not idexed?  Any guidance would be appreciated!

I have created block files for indexing in this situation.  I have one that's called "Jury Questions," which will index where that starts.  Then I have one called "Jury Question Follow-up" and they both index under the witness along with the examinations.  That's the way I've chosen to do it.

Sounds good.  Thank you, Jo Ann!
