Well, work is winding down so I'm actually having some time to watch TV at night.  Last night I started watching Downton Abbey.  It's a series that is currently on PBS.  I think it's in season 3 on TV.  I am starting from episode 1 and streaming it on Netflix.  OMG, it's really good.  It's a total thumbs up.  How about you?  Have you seen anything you would like to share?

If you have not seen the show Killing Cancer on HBO, check it out. It is AMAZING. There was a segment on 60 Minutes about the same process. Personally I think you get more information from the HBO show. It is produced by VICE. It looks like they have come up with a cure and the process is so interesting.

You know, I heard an interview with a guy on an Internet radio show talking about nutrition and etc., and how he had helped a few people bounce back from cancer with a special diet he had come up with.

Somewhere in that conversation, Steve Jobs' name came up, and it turns out that he had a sort of preliminary meeting with him, during which they discussed the doctor's protocol.

The doctor said Steve listened to him, but he could sense that Steve had that "I'm the smartest guy in the room" thing going on, and apparently he tried to cure himself.

Didn't work.

This is very advanced medicine, Glen.  They are genetically engineering viruses like the polio virus and injecting it in to people with cancer.  The virus goes right to the cancer and destroys the protective "shell" cancers have around them.  This enables the individual's own immune system to go in and literally kill the cancer.  It's amazing.

That sounds pretty cool!

One of these days, you should Google the name "Peter Gariev."

He is rumored to have accidentally caused an elderly woman who had lost her teeth years ago re-grow them. Unfortunately, he's not quite sure how he did it.

They had a story about the polio vaccine on 60 minutes, too.

Steve Jobs also turned down mainstream medicine, and it turns out he had the type of pancreatic cancer that can be treated by traditional medicine, but he waited too long.

I just watched Turn.  It is on the AMC network. It's about the revolutionary war and all the spying that went on.  I really liked it.  You can stream season 1 from Netflix or stream it on your iPad.  Season 2 starts Monday, April 13, 2015.

I checked out "Last Man on Earth."  Will Forte is the last man on Earth after a virus wipes everyone out.  He bumps into Kristen Schaal and you can guess what happens.  They decide it is their duty to repopulate the Earth.  Enter January Jones.  I think it's pretty funny.

Outlander Season 2.  It's kind of porn for women, frankly, and it is kind of kinky, very sexual...oh, and has men in kilts.  Most of them are gross, but Jaime is hotter than heck.  I

I've been seeing the previews for season 2 of Outlander and I was thinking about checking it out.  Thanks, Martha.

Martha, I have been watching Outlander.  You are so right about Jaime.  Wowza!!!

Are you watching Mad Men?  One more episode to go and then it's over.  I watched last night and it was so sad in parts.  What a great show.  I'm going to miss it.

Well, what do you think about the series finale of Mad Men?  Personally I thought it pretty perfect.
