i know my question must have been confusing. yes, i charge a realtime fee, an additional page rate, when an attorney hooks up to me and wants realtime. For the purpose of my question, let's say as an example the normal page rate is 2.00, plus 1.50 for realtime hookup, so 3.50. Would you chage an additional charge to the 3.50 for providing the service of streaming the text to other attorneys that you're streaming to? and, what if the attorneys you are streaming to are just associates or paralegals and you are at the same location with their lawyer. Do you still charge an additional charge to those that are receiving the stream?
Did i just make it more confusing?
Well, the question would be, at the end of the day, will they have hard copy at their end (on their terminal) that they can print out and use for research, whatnot?
If so, then, yes, I think you would be charging a fee for everyone you're streaming too. Also, if you're streaming to someone, I would assume they are getting a final since they are basically getting a rough.
