Of course, I just gave out a conflict with H-FX for "history of" and "history and physical," but everyone has different needs, right? :)

Those are great, Brenda.  I never even thought of that.  Makes perfect sense.

Kelli, I totally understand needing an F in there.  Will F-X or FL-X work, using X as history?  I use it a lot - W-X work history, M-X medical history, KPW-X employment history, J-X job history.  Can even add the -F to H-X for history of - H-FX.

I will do HX, that will work for file history.  Just realized FOIZ is physical for me so that won't work.  Thanks, Brenda.

H-FX - seems logical to me. I'll try it out. Thanks, Brenda!

Debbie, I don't have one for history and physical, but how about H-FX?

That works great too.  Eclipse automatic briefs sometimes give these crazy finger-twister suggestions that I can never use let alone get my fingers in the right place.  Simple is better.

Brenda -- I really like your -X briefs for history.  Think I'll try those out,

M-X for medical history, if nothing else

Do you have a brief for History and Physical?  With the amount of med-mal I do, I can't believe I don't have a brief for that.

hx is the medical abbreviation for history, so that's why it makes sense to me. :)

FIFT is too close to "fifth."  The stroke has to sort of sound like the word for me to remember it or start with an F.  Oh, I know, FOIZ would work.

This word comes up all the time and I can't believe I have been writing it out all these years.
