This group is for Version 5 users to share what aspects of Version 5 they are using and why.....as well as requests for help as problems arise using Version 5.

I just downloaded Version 5 (a year after it came out), and I feel like I'm learning Eclipse all over again.

Would greatly appreciate input from other Version 5 users.

On Friday I split the job and put the morning session on my thumb drive and then started a new file so the audio file would not be so large. Sort of made me nervous in case there's a problem.

Comment by Joyce Davis on November 6, 2011 at 8:30: Kelli...if your compression codec is the same on 5 as it was on 4, the fact that it makes a larger file is weird. Double-check to make sure your codec is what you want on the Realtiime/Compression dialogue. If everything is at it should be, tech support might have some advice.
