First things first, I always do a "WhoIS" search:
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=courtreporting.biz
That will give you a lot of info on the domain owner. Then a quick google search for Richard Bloxam of Pocatello brought up many, many domains that he owns, including this informative site: http://whois.domaintools.com/bender.biz
Once you scroll down, you see this:
DomainTools Exclusive
Registrant Search: "Richard Bloxham" owns about 3,022 other domains.
You quickly discover that he makes a decent living off of pay per click advertisement, using common untapped dictionary terms as domain names to drive traffic to his sites.
