It's been incredibly slow in So. Florida! I had a depo. call in for me today! The attorney said he had to move to cut his monthly expenses because business has been slow. Whenever I complain about not working, my friends ask how it can be true and aren't people sueing, etc. I work for two agencies and both have been very slow!

Hello everyone-
So my first job as a working reporter is a hearing. I've heard that hearings are generally short, and that's about all I know. What should I expect in a hearing? Is there anything "special" I need to do beforehand to be prepared? Thanks in advance for all your help.

I assume this happens more than any of us want to know. I have been taking multiple depositions over the last few months in one case involving multiple defense attorneys.
